Salary:                £28,755 per annum
Shifts:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Monday- Friday 40 hrs & 20 hrs (Full and part-time hours available)
Contract:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Permanent & 6 month FTC.

You will be providing first line support for customers. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide overall support and will focus on the following;

As Customer Support Advisor your duties will be;
Â
- Handling incoming phone and emails requests for their current customer base.Â
- Assisting with orders and maintaining customer communication during the order process.
- Liaising with the finance team to support any invoice queries.
- High-quality administration support to internal departments and customers.
- Respond efficiently to all customer enquiries.
- Update customer and supplier portals and monitor activity.
- Update activity reports as required.
- Provide quotations to customers as required.
The successful Customer Support Advisor will have the following skills;
Â
- Ideally someone who has worked in a similar role previously.
- High-quality administration skills.
- Credit Control experience would be preferable, however, not essential.
- SAP experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to react quickly to requests.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to follow company health and safety procedures.
